Greetings!
I hope you are well and that the first quarter was a great start to the year for you. The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce April newsletter contains an article I wrote about how trust between CEOs and CFOs drives business success. You can see this article through this link. http://www.greaterphilachamber.com/newsletter/businesssavvy2.asp# Please take a moment after you read it to forward this on to your associates, clients, customers, professional group or portfolio companies, as the case may be.
I believe that the issue of trust is of paramount importance today, especially between senior level executives and professionals. I have my own experiences with both trust and distrust from being a CFO that I bring to my clients in almost every engagement. Generating trust is learnable so long as we leaders decide with courage that we will do so. Practicing trust brings business success.
So to help in this learning I created a workshop titled, “Trust Revives and Drives Business Success”, the content of which is described in a synopsis that I will send to you upon your request. I am happy to deliver this workshop to you, your team or anyone you believe will benefit from learning the skills that will restore and build trust, enhance morale and improve cash flow.
But rather than waiting to experience the workshop, who will address their concerns about trust with a comment to this post right now? How do you define really true and authentic trust? Is it all (and only) about ethics or is there more to it? How do you believe that CEOs and CFOs can repair, rebuild and maintain trust and drive business success? What has worked or not worked for you in dealing with trust with your boss, your Board or your organization as a whole?
Thanks for commenting and being helpful to others!
Jack
